Crisis report triage

I started updating Current events with crisis reports that are breaking news. Some events may be added to the CrisisWiki emergency database but most will not. We need a way to triage crises since we can't process all of them in depth, unless we get a lot more volunteers involved. --jwalling 08:12, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
