Preparing: Training courses are available for general First Aid as well as CPR/AED. There is also a special course dealing specifically with firs aid in emergency response. Others exist for general youth safety.
Getting Help: Volunteers are welcome for responding to local disasters. Many courses are offered for potential responders to crisis situations.
Giving: Volunteers can take part in the multitude of services the Red Cross provides: blood drives, food and nutrition supply, and national response are three such options.
