Kandhkot is the chief city of Kandhkot Taluka, Kashmore District in the Sindh province of Pakistan. This city is the major hub for the grain and cattle industry. The Anaj mandi (Grain market) of Kandhkot is said to be the second largest grain market of Asia. Kandhkot has its own gas and oil fields. It is located in the centre of Kashmore as Kashmore lies in its east, Tangwani in its North, Shikarpur in the West and Indus River in the south which links it with Ghotki District through Kachha Area.
